Your arrival is scheduled at 4:00 pm (key delivery and down payment the balance) at the end of your stay the apartment must be vacated (return keys plus € 35,00 per apartment cleaning) not later than 10:00 am.

Extra charges

Laundry service: + € 5,00 to wash
Linens: + € 10,00 to change per person

Confirm Booking

The booking is guaranteed by the sending of a deposit equal to 20% of the total within 5 days.

Penalty payment in case of renunciation from the customer

within 15 days of the holiday start date the cancellation is free of charge;
for renunciations from 14 to 7 days of the holiday start date, loss of the deposit;
for waiver after such terms you must pay the full amount.
